Steve has worked with GE Capital since 1996 and has been involved in the commercial real estate sector for over 17 years. In his capacity with GE Capital , he is responsible for investment property sales of single tenant - net leased restaurant properties directly to principal investors and real estate brokers.
Prior to joining GE, Steve worked, as Vice President, for a privately held investment group specializing in the acquisitions, management and disposition of net lease commercial properties within the retail, office and restaurant sector. Previously, he served in various operational and management capacities for Chart House and Cork N’ Cleaver, casual dining restaurant chains with locations throughout the United States. During this time, he was involved in all aspects of operations, new store openings, recruiting, management training and development of national accounts. Steve is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); a Florida licensed Real Estate Agent as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business at Florida State University with a major in Marketing.

Jennifer began with GE Capital in March 2003 and is currently working as an Investment Property Sales Representative. Jennifer’s responsibilities include the preparation of individual property marketing material as well as website development and management.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business at the University of Central Florida with a major in Management Information Systems. She is a Florida licensed Real Estate Agent as well as a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Duane has worked with GE Capital since September 2000 and has held the positions of Vice President of Finance, Assistant Treasurer and Vice President of Capital Markets and Vice President of Investor Relations. In his current role as an Account Executive, he is responsible for individual and portfolio sales of single tenant, triple-net lease properties sold directly to investors
Prior to joining GE, Duane worked as CFO of a privately held investment group comprised of several small companies. Additionally, he spent 8 years working for Darden Restaurants in a variety of Financial and Marketing positions.
Duane is currently a CCIM Candidate and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Kathryn began working with GE Capital in April 2005 and is currently working as an Investment Property Sales Diligence Coordinator. Kathryn’s responsibilities include Financial Statement retrieval, due diligence review, and data management for reporting.
