on
each
individual
property

an

This
form
outlines
the
basic
business
terms
of
the
offer
including;
commission,
price,
earnest
money
deposit,
inspection
period,
financing
timeframes
and
closing
costs
and
is
submitted
directly
to
a
Property
Sales
Specialist.
