Below are some guidelines to assist you with your request for information and submission of a letter of intent on behalf of your client. Additionally, we suggest you sign up for our preferred client e-list in order to continue to receive our most current updates of available properties.

Due Diligence Information

Most information is readily available on the web site, however, some information (due to their confidential or proprietary nature) is not available. A comprehensive due diligence package (which may include: the lease, survey, phase I, title work, financials) will be provided once the Contract for Sale and Purchase has been executed.

Make an Offer

Offers should be submitted utilizing the Letter of Intent form located on each individual property "Make an Offer" tab. This form outlines the basic business terms of the offer including; commission, price, earnest money deposit, inspection period, financing timeframes and closing costs and is submitted directly to a Property Sales Specialist. In order to expedite a response from GE Capital Solutions, Franchise Finance, we suggest that you include your e-mail address as well as your telephone and fax numbers.
