Due Diligence Information
Most information is readily available on the web site, however, some information (due to their confidential or proprietary nature) is not available. A comprehensive due diligence package (which may include: the lease, survey, phase I, title work, financials) will be provided once the Contract for Sale and Purchase has been executed.
Make an Offer
Offers should be submitted utilizing the Letter of Intent form located on each individual property "Make an Offer" tab. This form outlines the basic business terms of the offer including; commission, price, earnest money deposit, inspection period, financing timeframes and closing costs and is submitted directly to a GE Investment Property Sales Specialist.
