  You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by e-mailing a GE Capital Solutions, Franchise Finance team member. Such requests will likely take at least 4 to 6 weeks to process.  We may retain in our files information you have requested be removed from our databases in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Use.  Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical constraints and the fact that we back up our systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.

  DO WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?
  We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, Web site traffic patterns and related Web site information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.
